Role: Site IT Administrator / IT Business Support                                      Site:

I.Main Roles and responsibilities　　

1Complete server and systems backup through Symantec Backup Exec.

2Database backup for Westsoft (ERP Application) 

3Taking backup of data and mails according to the user requirements

4Onsite coordination with Dell Suport Team  5Designated business key user and escalation point for IT tickets　

II.IT Support – Production Area Machines

1Necessary IT Support for mechanical machines (e.g. CNC, tool pre-setting) towards machine, breakdown, network support.

2Support for CAD, CAM Applications (e.g. Top solid, AutoCAD, etc.) towards patch updates & license management.

3Auxilliary production equipment support in the production environment (e.g. ODA/PDA terminals, test equipment, terminals etc.)　　

IIICommunication　　

1ISP links monitoring, administration & coordinating with the ISP to fix or resolve issues.

2Providing L1 support to AT&T router and getting support through AT&T

3Managing and Coordination with vendors over communication (Mobile, PRI, Leased line)　　

IVDaily Administrative IT Support　　

1Work on tickets assigned & ensure tickets meet acknowledgement & resolution SLAs.

2Immediate Desktop / Laptop support on site on regular basis 

3Local  network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware & software related issue.

4Coordination and Resolving Printer issues, MFP Issues.

5Ensuring proper documentation for assets in case of any damage, theft, lost

6Necessary support during meetings, seminars, conference, Lync call, webinars.

7Technical coordination with Attendance, Travel Management, ERP and software vendors

8New hire setup and orientation (setting up user accounts and profiles, password issue, email, system, telephone, mobile, IT induction).

9Procurements of IT accessories, Vendor management (price negotiation, follow etc..)

10Alternate arrangement (loner) for the desktop/laptop during breakdown

11Local File/Application server monitoring & Daily Server Backup Management.

12Providing End User IT trainings on new Corp tools and applications.　　

V.Reports / AMC - IT Assets　　

1Maintaining IT Asset List and Licences Management

2Purchase & Maintenance of IT Hardware & Software for the site 

3Vendor Coordination towards Hardware & Software issues

4Documentation of Backup and storage Devices

5Handling AMC with service providers for UPS, MFP, EPABX and leased line, mobile, PRI etc..　　

VI.Local IT Project Expansion - Coordination　

creation of improvement proposal to enhance existing processes/transactions　　

VII. ERP support　　

1Ticket, CR, Project brief preparation/creation support for the business. Liason with the BRM

2Mass master data uploads

3Customization / Parametrization in SAP within the agreed guardrails to ensure responsiveness and continuous improvements

4Local liason manager for cooperations/projects with third party vendors/consultants 　

　　　　

degree in computer science or similar

several years experience in the IT environment (application / infrastructure)　

strong background in SAP (MM, PP, WM)　

experience with SAP modules QM, CO, FI are a plus　

SAP rollout experience are a plus　

CNC machine and similar machine network integration and interaction experience　

a profound understanding manufacturing and automation driven business needs and deriving the relevant steps to realize these technically　

fluent in English
