Duties and Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day handle external and internal communication, coordinate PR strategy with key related internal teams and external agencies.
- Continue to develop and maintain good relations and frequent contacts with the media.
- Maximize PR coverage by managing and controlling the rotation and lending of press release/product loan.
- Efficiently manage the budget to develop cost-effective and impact PR and communication projects.
- Plan, organize and implement local/national events to develop brand perception.
- Prepare and submit monthly editorial clipping report and analysis, PR information on new media as well as other PR actions.
- Maintain a library of publicity and event materials, gifts, audio / visual materials etc.
- Have strong sense of PR risk management. Know how to first-step deal with the urgent situations.

Qualifications:
- Experience in similar capacity with multinational organization or luxury retail industry or media
- Bachelor degree. Major in Communications / Journalism / Marketing is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- Good media and social contacts.
- Native tongue speaker with good command of English
- Good writing skills.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
