Ark Properties Shanghai (Shanxi South Road) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HOUSING CONSULTANT to join our expanding team and work on our corporate housing accounts.
Suitable candidates should be native Chinese speakers and:
· Have excellent English skills
· Have a minimum of 2-3 year’s work experience in the real estate or relocation industry and have an in-depth knowledge of the Shanghai Property market
Possess high levels of
· communication skills
· Have a real understanding of delivering high-end customer services

Consultants only have limited work with call-in or internet clients.
