岗位职责

1、 为客户进行销售和市场方面的需求分析，拟制营销咨询项目建议书，为咨询项目确立工作方向和安排时间控制；

2、 制定商业调查计划，收集行业内相关市场资讯、竞争对手情况，分析市场趋势；

3、 深入分析企业内部营销资源和市场竞争现状，为客户提供系统的营销诊断报告；

4、 协助作为项目经理，为企业提供市场研究、营销战略规划、整合营销传播、样板市场策划、年度营销计划、营销管理等方面的咨询服务，撰写相应报告协助实施；

任职资格

1、大学本科以上学历，优秀的英文书写及表达能力；

2、2年以上市场营销或咨询工作相关经验；

3、有丰富的企业管理及市场营销知识，精通企业运营及市场营销工作；

4、具备沟通谈判能力，解决问题的能力，项目需求分析能力（善于研究、捕捉客户信息，并引导、把握客户需求），项目推广能力，项目实施执行能力；对市场、竞争和消费者有深刻的认识和理解；

5、写作功底扎实、语言表达流畅，逻辑性强；

6、具备较强的撰写市场调研报告的能力及演讲能力。

7、具备良好的职业素养，较强的自信心；

8、具备强烈的工作责任心，以及团队合作精神；

9、熟练掌握PPT制作以及Excel数据分析。

Job Title：International Market Research Consultant
Key tasks (after induction period)
· Working on and running projects in own team as well as other teams Taking briefs from clients Project management Personal and telephone interviewing Liaison and management of internal research staff, subcontractors and free-lancers Questionnaire design Results and strategic analysis Report writing Presentation of findings to clients
You should have:
· Excellent research skills (investigative, problem identification and solution) The ability to systematically determine what information is required and then to successfully seek it out Accuracy and attention to detail Interested in international research The ability to work to budgets and deadlines The ability to balance thoroughness with commercial demands High commercial awareness including the ability to identify potential areas for new projects Ability to pick up new (at times technical) areas. Numeric skills Excellent English, with one or more European languages an advantage A clear and confident communicator, with good verbal, written and presentation skills A highly developed and creative approach to problem-solving Good inter-personal skills Computer literacy (current packages used are Microsoft Word and Excel). Ability to promote and sell BSRIA’s market research work

Qualifications and Experience
· A Business or other degree. Some commercial experience preferably (2-3 years). At least one year marketing and research experience, preferably in a business-to-business research agency is essential.
Reporting to General Manager, BSRIA China
Employment：
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week

depending on experience with an annual performance and career appraisal.
