Tasks and Job Responsibilities:

1. To Live with Yusen China airfreight policies and strategies.

2. Able to procure and Build up networks with carriers and vendors to ensure airfreight product more diversified and effective.

3. To capture market trend and Work closely with sales team, agents, service vendor, airlines and counterpart in China and overseas to ensure effective process management.

4. Plan annual budget and able to achieve budget and able to work with Sales team together to pursue new customer and initiate business expansion from existing customer portfolio.

5. Responsible for P/L result of airfreight.

6. Effective communication between headquarter and Airfreight in Tianjin.

7. Build, lead, and motivate a high performing airfreight team, with expectation to win.

8. Drive for continuous improvement and convert it into operational deliverable. Ensure total customer and overseas sales satisfaction in quality and on-time-delivery.

9. Formulate functional tactical plan and resources forecasting, appraise performance, resolve problems and address customers and staffing needs.

10. Work with external and internal functions to support sales process of company product, solution design, service support, complaint, service recovery and be the team member of key account management.

11. Vendor management. To Clarify standards for vendor selection and leading the implementation of countermeasures regarding the selection and utilization for stable business

12. Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing and coaching between team and functions.

13. Train and coach team member on their daily tasks with particular emphasis on processes and systems, understand policies and implement SOP to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standards and company policies.

14. Other tasks assigned by direct manager or senior leader.

Requirement：

1. College degree or above

2. Over 3 years leading experience of Air Forwarding area in logistics company

3. Good English communication skills, Japanese as 2nd language is preferred as well.

4. Strong analytical and conceptual strength with problem-solving skills

5. Good in adaptation and quick response with limitation of time

6. High responsible and strong team player and able to work independently

7. Data analysis and Project management skill
