职位描述
Summary
To lead a team of ME Engineers to define and maintain an efficient manufacturing process in order to produce products that meet Jabil's customer requirements.
To lead a team of MS Engineers to develop and implement the maintenance for the State of Art manufacturing equipments
To initiate projects leading to machine downtime minimization and process/equipment optimization
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To lead ME group towards achieving the departmental quality objectives.
To identify ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT) training needs.
To ensure products manufactured are in compliance with Jabil's customer requirements.
To lead ME group in improving plant wide realization through process and equipment optimizations.
To supervise ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT).
To plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in plant wide realization.
To read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in all Quality and Environmental Manuals.Eg: 4-QC10-1000-004 - Quality Policy and System 7-FS20-EMSGEN-001 - Environmental Management System Manual 7-QA20-GEN-019 - Quality Plan - BABT 340 Part 2
As a DMR, perform the job as a MR in the absence of the MR.
Be responsible for provide manpower and finance support to ensure ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 to be implemented.
Control work-related incident or accidents, save energy and fresh water, sort waste and reduce waste.
Perform safety responsibility to supervise daily safety production and rectify EHS non-conformity.
Ensure all production equipment,tools .etc in good condition and avoid sick equipment & tools to be operated.
Arrange a designated employee as an EHS coordinator who is responsible for EHS routines in the department or Workcell.
Ensure employees to attend three-level EHS training (plant-level, Dept or Workcell-level and position -level).
Be responsible for equipping operators with personal protective equipment (Abbr.PPE), and train operator how to wear PPE.
Be responsible for managing suppliers and vendors' EHS activities and ensure suppliers and vendors meet our plant EHS requirement
Establish & keep record for EHS operation.
Must follow EICC provision.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a high volume, automated and technological manufacturing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies environment.
Experience in high volume and automated manufacturing environment. Possess high quality leadership
