MISSIONS:

- For the sheet metal parts design (biw and closures) check the welding feasibility (welding points, roller hemming)
- Explain the welding lines organization and ensure that the product design fit to the process constraints.
- Check the design robustness according to the welding guidelines.
- Participate to the process manufacturing definition.
- Control the cost, the quality and the lead time.
- Be involved for the setting up of the technical guidelines.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

In link with the design team for some parts of the Biw (body side, upper body, under body) and the closures (doors, bonnet, hood) :
- Define the welding process.
- Check the welding feasibility of the product :
- CATIA V5 analysis
- Respect of the guidelines
- Welding guns accessibility.

- If necessary, participate of the process evolution with the JV.
- Ensure the application of the guidelines : EPOFER, assembly standard, ...
- Analyze the product evolutions in order to control the cost and the timeline impacts.


QUALIFICATIONS:

skills
- Welding experience.
- Catia V5
- English

Training :
- Training session in France 3 months at last will be necessary.

Education back ground :
- Engineer in mechanic or materials.

Seniority :
- 3 years or more.
TOEIC is preferred
