工作职责
1. Locating employment opportunities with firms in three city locations-Beijing, Shanghai,在北京,上海,两大城市为毕业生寻找就业机会
2. Facilitating internships with domestic and international students为本校国际及国内学生寻找实习机会
3. Refreshing the alumni database and identifying alumni of significance 更新并维护毕业生数据库,积极挖掘毕业生强项
4. Facilitating functions and activities to enhance student engagement 组织活动加强学生联系及参与积极性
5. Contributing to the review of the two year trial to inform future development 为该职位将来的发展提供建议
职位要求
SELECTION CRITERIA – ESSENTIAL基本要求
Training/Qualifications (or equivalent experience):
· A tertiary degree with subsequent relevant work experience or a combination of extensive relevant experience and training 大学本科学历及一定工作经验或丰富相关工作经验
· Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with a diverse range of individuals, groups and organizations. 具备与个人,团体及机构建立并维护关系的经验
· Work experience in business and/or industry, ideally in an graduate recruitment or engagement role,preferable in head hunting/recruitment/HR area. 在商业领域特别是毕业生就业领域具备一定工作经验,有猎头公司,人力资源管理及招聘方面经验更佳
· Demonstrated track record in managing relationships and networks in a commercial context.有在商业环境中管理合作关系及关系网络的经验
· Well-organised self-starter able to manage a range of initiatives. 有条理,工作主动可同时处理不同项目
· Ability to present and communicate effectively with all stakeholder groups to develop and promote the profile of the Department to students and external stakeholders.能够有效与各相关部门沟通,使工作顺利展开
· Exceptional analytical, conceptual, problem solving and project management skills.出色的分析解决问题能力及项目管理能力
· Experience working collaboratively and effectively with external stakeholders/clients from business, government or community sectors. 有与商业,政府或社区机构合作经验
· Experience working within a large organisation with complex administrative structure, policies and procedures, preferably within the higher education or vocational education sectors.
· 有在大企业工作的经验,适应繁复的行政手续,政策等最好有在大学或职业院校领域工作的经历
· Excellent organisational, time management, coordination, analytical and problem solving skills, together with a demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, work with competing demands to meet deadlines 优秀的组织能力,协调及分析解决问题的能力。善于按工作急缓及工作量安排时间并在规定时间内完成工作。
· Ability to negotiate and deal with difficult issues in a sensitive and professional manner, coupled with conflict resolution skills;具备专业态度,可应对工作上的困难,具备解决冲突的技巧
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and with little or no supervision as well as being part of a cross-campus team within a complex and diverse working environment. 主观能动性强,可自我管理完成工作也可与团队一起完成项目
· Excellent interpersonal, customer service, cross cultural communication skills优秀的人际沟通及客服能力,跨文化交流技巧。
· High level competency in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, online resources and database solutions. 熟练使用办公软件
· Exemplary communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, including the proven ability to liaise with people at senior levels within and external to the organisation as well as conducting public speaking including the development and delivery of presentations to diverse audiences. 优秀的沟通技巧,人际沟通能力及组织能力,包括和高层官员联络及向不同观众发表公众演讲等
