BD Director/商务开发总监（临床商务拓展项目）

工作职责：

1. 负责大区商务拓展项目的管理；

2. 负责国内外各项业务的开发及拓展，代表公司为客户讲解及推广公司服务产品；

3. 负责与总经理与公司其他高层共同寻找新客户并开拓新的业务模式；

4. 管理并维护商务发展部门团队的发展，并完成一定的团队年度指标；

5. 协助申办方并与上级领导及时沟通，对将来潜在项目的选定试验中心、研究者并制定试验预算进行初步考查；

6. 参与审阅所有项目进行中质量控制与进展报告，浏览本部门所有与研究相关的沟通邮件；

7. 作为公司的主要对外代表及时向客户传递公司和本行业的重要信息，培养并保持与中心及客户的良好关系；

8. 审核报价及相关合同文件，每月向各部门主管发送商务拓展报告和项目达成可能性报告。

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，医药学等相关专业；

2. 30岁以上，有相当的本行业国内外人脉关系基础，有商务拓展与客户关系网络；

3. 有8年以上医药公司BD、市场部和注册部工作经验（熟悉仿制药商务合作项目）；

4. 熟悉《药品管理法》、《新药审批办法》和GCP；

5. 熟悉GCP与SOP，掌握培训考核材料与培训流程；

6. 英文听说读写能力熟练。
