工作职责：

1. 对集团医药板块技术研发中心进行管理，在质量研究部和制剂工艺部的基础上加以统筹协调，组建新药研发团队和平台；
2. 优化技术研发中心各项管理制度及各项操作和管理规程；
3. 主导制剂研发部门的日常研发项目，从立项到最终申报成功，全程指导；
   
4. 协助质量部门进行检测中心的CNAS认可复评审和扩项评审；
5. 维护和构建与国内外高等院校和药学专家合作关系；
6. 组织实施各类市级、省级和***的科技项目申报以及科技成果的鉴定；
7. 主导国资委巨头企业对医药公司的尽职调研；
8. 负责集团旗下医药公司上市和融资前的内控审查和尽职调研相关研发部分工作。

任职要求：

1. 药学相关专业博士学历，有新药研发和研发中心管理经验，具备较强的专业知识及管理技能；
2. 能独立负责新药开发项目，从项目立项、成分筛选、提取研究、制剂研究、中试放大及体内药效确认、项目申报全过程均能胜任；
3. 熟悉化药新药及仿制药研发，有液体制剂研发开发背景（注射剂、口服液、滴眼液等）；
4. 具备较强外联经验，对产学研合作、科技成果鉴定、国家各类研究中心申报等有一定的了解，有人脉关系者优先考虑。
