Title: Operator, Pilot Plant Combustion and Gasification Systems操作员（试验工厂燃烧和气化系统）

Mission description
JOB DIMENSIONS
Job assignments will be in operations in support of pilot plant combustion systems. Typical assignments will require the capability to utilize hand tools, layout piping systems, install/repair mechanical systems and complete preventative maintenance services and will require fabrication, operation and maintenance of equipment. The incumbent will operate process control equipment systems such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logical Computers (PLC), and Data Historians (PI). Incumbent will work with high temperature combustion systems.

ACTIVITIES

1. Operate various combustion processes being pilot tested.

2. Utilize mechanical skills to construct pilot units and repair various equipment systems.
利用机械手法构建试验装置、修复各种设备系统
3. Record detailed, operational data in laboratory log notebooks.
撰写试验日志，记录详细的操作数据
4. Perform analytical quality control tests such as % solids analysis, etc.
实施质量控制测试分析，如颗粒百分比分析等
5. Perform safety inspections
执行安全生产检查

Profile/Education/Experiences/Skills
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
资质/学历/经验要求：
1. B.S. degree preferred
理学学士学位优先
2. 5+ years of applicable experience in technical lab or plant environment plus high school degree
5年以上技术实验室或工厂相关经验（含高中经历）
3. Good math skills for conducting basic calculations on the job
良好的数学能力，运用于工作中的基本计算
4. Basic to good computer skills and ability to operate chemical or boiler processes with use of computer controls
良好的计算机技能，并使用计算机进行化学或锅炉的操控
5. Excellent mechanical skills
优秀的机械技能
6. Instrumentation and/or electrical skills are a plus

7. Hands on ability to conduct experiments, trouble shoot and maintain equipment
