Responsibilities:
? Responsible point of contact for all aspects of projects; Manages day-to-day activities of project, preferably in the automotive industry.
? Responsible for all project deliverables, ensuring on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
? Definition of project requirements, costs, schedule and profitability goals.
? Creates and executes project work plans/timelines, revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
? Reporting project status to management in timely and consistent fashion.
? Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities cross functionally within the organization.
? Facilitates weekly reviews with customers on project status.
? Responsible for highlighting and working to minimize any risks/exposure on projects.
? Ensures project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately for internal reference.
? Conducting negotiations and discussions involving internal associates and external customers.
? Responsible for implementing periodic project reviews and life cycle management processes.
? Engage with a multi functional team involving members from a wide range of disciplines from engineering, marketing, sales, manufacturing and customer service.
? Maintain continuous contact with all members of the project team as well as Boston-Power, Inc. management at middle and senior levels.

Requirements:
? Bachelors of Science in and Engineering discipline; Master's Degree, MBA preferred.
? PMP Certification a plus.
? Knowledge of Lithium Ion battery and/or electric vehicle (EV) technology a plus.
? Seven (7) years minimum of combined engineering and project management experience required; Minimum five (5) of those years in a lead project management role.
? Demonstrated management of multi-disciplinary teams and experience with the development of team structures.
? Technically strong, with the ability to garner respect from a technical audience.
? Demonstrated collaborative experience, with the ability to quickly develop and manage both internal and external relationships and contacts.
? Advanced knowledge of project management principles, practices, methods and terminology.
? Adept at managing multiple competing priorities.
? Must thrive in a fast paced, ever changing, entrepreneurial environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
? Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
? Ability to write and speak English at a proficient level
