主要职责：

1. 领导融资及上市投行项目的执行；

2. 负责准备体现客户公司主要特征的商业计划书, 财务模型以及公司推介文件；

3. 负责融资及上市后续工作；

4. 协助公司市场文件方面的工作，主要包括准备公司推介资料，为潜在客户提供项目建议书，尽职调查报告以及行业分析报告；

职位要求：

1. 财务、金融专业硕士以上学历或MBA，具有海外留学/工作背景优先；

2. 具有丰富的行业经验，并能够高效完成工作；

3. 英语流利，具有较好的沟通能力和极强的英文写作能力；

Key Responsibility:
1. Responsible in executing Financing and IPO deals;
2. Fully involved in the preparation of business plans, financial model and presentations describing the key features of the client companies;
3. Responsible for post-transaction work
4. Responsible in perform marketing documents such as preparing pitch books, presenting proposal to potential clients, conducting due diligence of clients and preparing industry research report;
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Master degree in accounting or finance, or MBA. Overseas education of working experience is preferred;
2. Prefer investment banking experience or related experience in the investment field.
3. Fluent in English, strong communication skills and outstanding English-writing capability;
