Responsibility:

• To provide financial support to VP of finance
• Overall responsibility in terms of accounting, reporting, tax, audit, foreign currency, asset management etc.
• Help management make judgment based on accurate and timely financial report
• Enhance crucial function of finance department
• Improve financial effective and efficient
• Accounting:

1).Responsible for compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures

2).Chart of account review and explanation

3).Review all bookings and accounts, including but not limited to monthly bank reconciliation review,

Interco reconciliation review, AR aging analysis

4).Ensure all relevant account reconciliations and consolidations are carried out in accordance with

agreed deadlines

5).Yearly stock booking

• Reporting

1).Monitor month end closing, prepare statutory reports in a accurate and timely

manner

2).Submission of timely financial accounts for group consolidation as well as government regulatory

agencies

• Audit

1).Yearly audit pack preparation

2).Coordinate with external auditors for yearly audit

3).Responsible for yearly official joint audit

• Treasury and Asset management

1).Responsible for petty cash management, weekly cash balance review, ensure safety financial investment

and healthy cash flow

2).Monthly cash flow planning

3).Responsible for asset management including making sure all related corporate policies and

procedures to safeguard assets are followed

4).Monitor foreign currency transaction and compliance with SAFE's regulation

• Accounting system

1).Responsible for maintain company's accounting system

2).Approval and monitor new codes application

3).Ensure further enhancement post implementation to meet with growing and changing needs

• Tax

1).Responsible for tax compliance with tax laws and regulation

2).Responsible for all tax filling including VAT/CIT/BT/IIT/ST and ensure

3).Consult tax bureau on relating issues and ensure internal implementation in line with regulation

4).Tax planning initiative

• Risk management

1).Yearly insurance program review

2).Contract review

• Internal control

1).Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and supporting management reports

2).Ensure internal control policy and procedure be well implemented

3).Review and initiate compliance of internal control system

• Other associated duties

1).Assist business leadership in driving profitable revenue

2).Participate in initiatives to streamline processes in line with achieving business objectives

3).Ad hoc jobs delegated by VP of finance

Qualification:

• B.A. Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related education background
• CPA, ACA, CIMA qualification
• Familiar with Chinese accounting standard preferable with US GAAP knowledge
• Knowledge in NetSuite or equivalent ERP software
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• At least 4 years experiences in FM position preferably in international companies
• Familiar with Chinese tax laws and regulation preferably with solid VAT and CIT experiences
• Experience and solid knowledge of foreign currency issues
• Outstanding communication skill, particularly with business partners
• Experience in group consolidation report is preferred
• Experience in logistic management / MNC is preferred
• Integrity, proactive, open, self motivation
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stake holders, as well as provide guidance and training of team members
• Deliver value, result orientated and hands on details
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting the deadlines without compromising work quality
