Responsibility:

1. Lead and take the major efforts to design, develop and optimize the STB solutions in DTV / Internet Connected TV / OTT fields, which include DVB stack, CA, GUI, Streaming media player and etc.
2. Lead and take the major efforts to implement customer projects based on exist solutions and customer requirements. Deliver the result on time.
3. Lead and take the major efforts to integrate the open source libraries, such as SQLite, SDL, Agar, VLC and etc.
4. Lead and take the major efforts to integrate and porting the third party software solutions, such as middleware, browser, CA and etc.
5. Analyze and resolve the key technical issues.
6. Provide support and training to FAE and other departments.

Qualification:

MUST HAVE

1. 5+ years embedded software development experiences.
2. 2+ years embedded software development experiences on Linux or 3+ years experiences in Set-top Box software development:

a)Porting, integration and certification of CAS, such as NDS, NagraVision, Irdeto and Novel.

b)Porting, integration and certification of middleware, such as iPanel, OpenTV and MHP.

c)EPG, including SI/PSI parsing, channel lists and program management.

3. Expertise in C/C++.

4. Able to analyze and resolve complex technical problems independently.

5. Good team-player with open-minded and proactive working style

6. Good communication skills in English both writing and verbal

7. BSCS/BSEE or above in related field.

NICE TO HAVE

1. Experience in IPTV/Internet Connected TV/OTT is a strong plus.
2. Familiar with the software architecture and programming environment of STB/DTV development is a strong plus.
3. Experience in software configuration management is a plus.
4. Experience in design embedded GUI engine is a plus.
5. Familiar with Tele-communication/Multi-media is a plus.
