Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
·Support with great exposure to top management team to evaluate product-line performance by investigating defects, analyzing profitability. Prepare monthly/quarterly operation review package.
·Work closely with APO product line managers and country commercial finance to track daily sales/orders/position progress by country/product line level and drive business growth to meet OP target
·Gatekeeper of Asia product line closing data accuracy. Intensively involved in monthly process of cross pole sales/margin allocation, direct sales uploading. .Ensure timely, consistent and accurate in monthly and quarterly reporting between commercial and PM data to US HQ.
·Drive operating mechanisms to forecast sales and margin during Session II and OP. To bring solid analytics for key strategic discussions during Growth Playbook, along with developing actions to achieve financial commitments. Market maker plan/forecast preparation by communication with other pole finance
·Drive savings on Commercial RTS, Lead quarterly RTS closing/planning for CRC, Marketing and Commercial HQ, achieving quarterly FP&A stretch and developing action plans to rationalize the customer base are some of the functions to be performed.
·Develop tools for rebates processing/accruals/reporting and ensure proper segregation of duties for pay-outs with support from the regional commercial finance leaders. Work closely together on the maintenance of rebate agreements with Pricing and Commercial team.
·Work with the pricing team and drive strategy and analysis. Aid in decision-making and participate in analysis of the impact of decisions to determining if further adjustments are required.·Provide financial support for long and short-term investment decisions of NPI programs. Improve digitalized tools to help PM/Tech/country commercial team to review NPI progress, Say-Do analysis.
·Fine tune the structure/mechanism of Asia digital cockpit to bring real-time visibility of key metrics details for various kinds of functional and regional users
·Support finance simplification/digitalization or process improvement projects
·Ad hoc analysis for the requests from Global or Asia commercial team

Qualifications/Requirements

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills in daily exposure to business leaders
·Informal leadership to work with functional clients to take actions to fix problems
·Aggressive learning skills and positive attitude when face challenges
·Highly self-motivated
·Creative and innovative problem solving skills
·Access & data warehouse knowledge and Excel skills
·BA/BS/Master in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics with min 3 years working experience
·Fluency in Mandarin/English languages
