Responsibility: * Assess potential new suppliers for overall capability, quality systems and processes. * Managing the suppliers to stick on the project schedule and delivery plan, tracking project status and issues. * Coordinate technical reviews with suppliers to fully understand casting, forging processing and material requirements. * Monitoring and driving supplier improvement. * Lead Time and cost control. Qualification: * Bachelor degree above and minimum 3 years working experience in an industrial environment; * Metal Material, Metal Forming (forging, casting etc.), Machining or related technical discipline * Strong sense of quality control and system assurance such as ISO compliance and system certificate and other recognized international certificate; * Good analyzing, communication, negotiating and supplier managing abilities * Fluent written & oral English
