职位描述：
1、通过对网站的分析，提出前台页面和系统架构等网站排名及优化的整体解决方案。
2、监控网站关键字，监控和研究其他网站相关做法，并围绕优化提出合理的网站调整建议。　
3、分析、建议网站的关键词解决方案并实施达到效果。　
4、通过合理手段和资源，提高网站访问量和用户量。
5、熟悉各大搜索引擎的原理及排名规则，对网站进行合理优化。
6、具备数据分析综合能力，监控及跟踪SEO实施的效果，并不断提出改进策略。
7、制定SEO优化方案，提升网站PR值、Alexa排名、收录数量、平均停留时间等。
8、熟悉网站建设常用软件，了解各种互联网广告的形式、特点及推广知识。
9、负责线上活动的策划与实施，使网站的知名度和认可度提高。
10、评估、分析网站的关键词，提升网站关键词的搜索排名和流量。
11、利用各种互联网资源提高公司网站访问量、传播效果。

岗位要求：
1、1-4年以上SEO经验，有大型网站SEO优化经验,有成功案例（并保持稳定网站流量）经验。
2、负责网站SEO优化网页结构，提出相关优化方案保证SEO技术水平、网站PR值、百度权重、Alexa排名保持行业的领先地位。
3、掌握百度、google、yahoo等搜索引擎的基本排名规律:熟悉搜索引擎收录排名机制，站内优化技巧，有过成功网站优化经验。
4、熟悉搜索引擎优化 SEO 的原理和策略，并有丰富的实际操作经验。
5、了解相近网站的其他的策略和推广战略。
6、具有团队合作意识，经常关注搜索引擎的发展动态，能够独立工作，并承受较大工作压力，能够独自承担起SEO优化能力。
7、勤奋、性格开朗、善于分析总结，有敏锐的市场洞察力、市场开拓能力强。
8、熟悉SEO部署技巧，善于利用多种形式提升网络人气。
9、熟悉微薄、Blog、论坛、社区、视频等，及其他新兴网络推广，并熟练利用相关行业网络媒体、邮件、论坛、bbs、blog、IM等多种网络推广方式开展公司网站和相关产品推广工作。
10、有成功网站优化推广经验和丰富的互联网资源者优先。
