3、熟悉网络游戏，对网络游戏运营和渠道建设有深入的了解；
4、高超的管理能力与良好的团队精神；
5、对市场和运营的数据采集和分析有很强的能力，及时进行游戏运营的优化；
6、善于组织项目计划制定并控制项目计划的进度、质量和成本；

职位描述：
1、负责公司游戏运营管理策划方案的制定及组织执行
2、负责公司游戏线下运营推广活动的策划和支持
3、负责公司游戏运营策划活动的效果评估及数据分析
4、负责游戏用户调查和数据收集工作
5、负责与客服、运维和技术的接口工作
6、处理网页游戏其它日常运营事务。
