职位要求：

1. 本科其以上学历，必须持有注册会计师资格，工作经验丰富者优先；

2. 28-45岁,会计或金融专业本科以上学历；
3. 具有境外上市公司同等职位，有组织上市公司流程经验者优先；
4. 熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理、会计电算化、相关法律法规；
5. 熟练掌握高级财务管理软件和办公软件；
6. 出色的财务分析和资金管理能力；
7. 良好的组织、协调能力,良好的表达能力和团队合作精神；

8. 2个月内到位。

岗位职责：

1、 组织领导集团公司的财务、成本、投融资、预算、会计核算及监督、财务分析等方面的工作；
2、 主持建立和完善财务管理制度和相关工作程序,制定和管理税收政策方案及程序；
3、 掌握公司财务状况、经营成果和资金变动情况,拟订或规划资金筹措和资本运作方案；
4、 组织拟定公司年度预算大纲及财务预算,并提交董事会审议；
5、 审核融资计划,报上级批准后组织实施；
6、 组织编制预算、财务收支计划、成本费用计划、信贷计划、财务报告和会计报表等；
7、 负责组织实施内部审计并配合外部审计工作；
8、 参与集团重大投融资决策,优化资本结构和资本配置；
9、 审定财务、会计、审计等财务负责人的任免、晋升、调动、奖惩事项；
10、协调公司同银行、工商、税务等部门的关系。

Job requirements:
1 bachelor the degree, 10 years relevant working experience;
2 35-45 years old, bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance, with the Bank of qualification and the qualification of CPA is preferred;
3 has the same position with the organization of overseas listing Corporation, listing Corporation experience preferred;
4.15 years finance work experience, above 5 years domestic hundred large enterprise work experience in financial management;
5 familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, accounting computerization, the related laws and regulations;
6 Master of senior financial management software and office software;
7 excellent financial analysis and fund management;
8 good organization, coordination capacity, good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
9.2 months of arriving.

Job responsibilities:
1, organization and leadership of group company financial, cost, investment and financing, budget, accounting and supervision, financial analysis, and other aspects of the work;
2, presided over the establishment and improvement of the financial management system and the related working procedures, the development and management of tax policy and procedure;
3, master the company's financial situation, operating results and capital movements, develop or planning, financing and capital operation program;
4, draw up annual budget and financial budget outline, and submitted to the board for consideration;
5, review the financing plan, at the higher level for approval and implementation;
6, budgeting, financial revenue and expenditure plan, cost plans, credit plans, financial reporting and accounting statements;
7, responsible for organizing the implementation of internal audit and external audit work;
8, to participate in the group of major investment and financing decision-making, optimize capital structure and capital allocation;
9, audited financial, accounting, auditing financial responsibility to the appointment, promotion, transfer, rewards and penalties;
10, coordinate with bank, industry and commerce, taxation and other departments of the relationship.
