SUMMARY

Support and analyzes Business Requirements, Procedures, and Problems to automate processing or to improve existing business system by performing the following duties.

The Candidate for Business Analyst position shall take the responsibility of business Processes/System analysis in China region to cover China HQ and all manufacturing sites including any new established site that under Inalfa Management company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assists in planning and designing Regional SCM business processes, assists in formulation of recommendations to improve and support business activities.

• Analyzing and documenting Regional business requirements and processes; effectively communicating with Business Process champion, Global IT Kernel Team to enhance the current ERP system.

• Act as a liaison between global application development and regional SCM business team to provide analytical support and consulting on complex projects to ensure system and business requirements are clearly documented and understood during the design and development of the application phase.

• Responsible for regional SCM related Business application system (Infor LN, Combined with Multiple applications) daily operation, Troubleshoot or address significant limitations or problems of systems to improve business satisfaction.

• Record, distribute, resolve and ensure timely and accurate problem resolution of technical issues

• Assist leadership team in building multi-year ERP vision/strategy for the organization by aligning ERP technology with business Goals

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor is Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of Material Management/Warehouse management /Barcode Scanning system implementation and operation experience in ERP portfolio.
• Strong experience in EDI establishment project is plus.
• Strong Project management (Planning, Execution) skill.
• Minimum two end-to-end ERP implementation project experience
• Ability to review solutions across multiple ERP modules and evaluate overall process capabilities by providing written assessments and recommendations

• Strong communication skills in Matrix project organization and business processes driven concept. Able to quick gain trust from business partner and demonstrate good leadership skill during process discussion. (Plus)
• Highly Motivated, Self-starter, able to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast-paced ecosystem.
• Strong written and oral English skills and Global ERP rollout experience (Plus)
• SQL development knowledge (Plus)
