Job Purpose

To support the development of a competitive portfolio for the assigned product line in order to drive long term and short term growth in product sales, profit and market position.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. As directed by the Product Line Manager, conduct market research, market analysis, competitors study and market validation, and compile the results for the Product Line Manager in order to help the department keep abreast with the market needs and trends and to maintain competitiveness of the overall systems portfolio and assigned product line.

2. Support Knowledge & Training Manager and Product Line Manager in the planning and development of training content for products.

3. Partner Brand Marketing to achieve successful product launches by co-developing collateral such as brochure and price list, supporting launch events and preparing mock-ups.

4. Contribute towards NPI (new product introduction) by providing information to the team on marketing, pricing and market opportunities in order to inform joint decision marking.

 5. Conduct cost-price analysis on products and product lines and compile findings to enable Product Line Manager to determine actions to improve performance.

 6. Is responsible for MCO (Marketing Change Order) for system update.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

· University degree in business

· Office furniture industry experience and OEM/ODM is highly preferred
