Application Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily helpdesk support on IT applications for in-house users in China (primary) and other locations to ensure user problems are resolved and/or addressed in a timely manner

2. Provide onsite (exhibition venue) technical and implementation support (hardware and software set up, testing, temporary staff training, etc.) to ensure smooth operations of exhibition management system for customers.

3. Assist development team in planning and executing system integration test to ensure the process is smooth and deliverables are passed on to acceptance testing

4. Assist in system implementation activities such as user acceptance test, user documentation and training etc to ensure the application is in steady-state production

5. Perform system administration and operational support activities to ensure the performance of application meets the requirement and project goals

6. Perform any other special assignments/projects as required and defined by the manager

Requirement:

1. Preferably 1-2 years working experience in IT application support or testing of CRM, ERP application etc;

2. Knowledge of scripting languages, HTML, SQL is an advantage;

3. PC hardware and software skills would be an advantage

4. Customer focus, proactive, self-motivated, good team player, well-organized, attention to details;

5. Good analytical mind and trouble shooting skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills;

6. Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

7. Willing to work under pressure and meet tight project deadline;

8. Fresh graduates with sound academic background will also be considered
