Sales Admin Intern 销售行政实习生

Responsibilities：

Sales Support
Working closely with Sales Admin Colleagues and act as liaison between customer and factory. Provide customer service via telephone, E-mail, online access on question, sales orders, claims & delivery schedules etc. to ensure greatest customer satisfaction.
日常工作：支持销售行政同事，作为沟通协调客户和工厂各部门的桥梁，为客户提供更好的服务。通过电话，邮件，网上通话工具等与客户就订单，投诉，发货时间等进行沟通，提供高品质的服务。
Internal Coordinate
Interacting with customers, sales colleagues , logistics colleagues and production department, make sure order accuracy, track and expedite orders. Checking with accounting for invoice and payment, provide the accurate data.
内部协调：在客户、销售、物流、生产等部门之间进行协调，保证订单顺利到达；就发票及汇款及库存情况与财务联系，提供准确及时的数据。

Other assigned work. 其他指定工作。

Requirements：

At least 4 days per week and 3-6 months

每周工作至少4天，实习期3-6个月

basic Computer knowledge (word, excel…)

be strong for communication and coordination
