- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR BP in managing the process of sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering;

- Manage various recruiting channels, including job board, agency, third-party recruiting vendor etc;

- Attract and recruit the highest caliber candidates in a cost effective and time efficient manner;

- Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process.

- Proactively involve in various recruiting programs, include not limited to Campus Recruiting, Sales Trainee program etc;

- Prepare the regular and ad hoc recruiting reports;

- Manage and update recruiting system Taleo to ensure the recruiting process is timely updated in system and aligned with global policy;

- Other ad hoc recruiting projects or work assigned by manager;

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years recruitment experience in either MNCs or 3^rd parting recruiting vendors;

- Bachelor degree or above with fluency in oral and written English communications;

- CAN DO attitude and able to work under pressure and driving for results, a self-starter with follow through ability;

- Experience in recruiting system, such as Taleo is preferable;

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure;

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and team player;

- Able to function in a matrix organization and build relationships with all constituents
