Administration & Parts Service

Qualifications

1. University degree or equivalent experience.
2. Strong computer skills (MS Word and Excel), SAP knowledge is desirable
3. 3-5 years relevant working experience or equivalent
4. Good verbal and written communication skill in English and mandarin Chinese
5. Quick learner, hard-working and good working attitude
6. Strong communication and cooperation ability
7. Technically interested and open minded
   
   

Responsibilities

1. Processing of quotations and purchase orders for parts, upgrades, services and repairs

2. Contact person for customers in terms of questions about quotation, order, delivery time

3. Making arrangement of parts shipment to customers

4. Customs declaration and coordination of Bonded Warehouse

5. Invoicing parts, upgrade, services and repairs to customers

6. Close cooperation with local field service engineers as well as EVG Headquarter.

7. Tracking of open items from the field service reports in terms of part and service issues

8. Warehouse management (receiving, deliveries and regular inventory)

9. RMA (Return Material Authorization) process handling which includes issuing RMA to customers for repair and return requests, monitoring open RMA requests and credit memo procedure

10. Handling of loan and consignment stock at customer sites

11. Helping the Administration to make the working time statistics and expense reports of field service engineers every month

12. Other administrative work assigned
