Bilingual Production Assistant

Oct.MAMMOTH is a 3D animation production company based in Beijing. Now we are looking for a Bilingual Production Assistant to join our team.

Summary

Our Bilingual Production Assistant works with and supports the Producer to meet the various administrative needs of animation production.

Requirement and Responsibilities

?Bilingual Chinese / English Speaking/Writing skill required

?Thorough knowledge of animated film production

?Taking notes in production meetings and distributing reports to the appropriate people

?Preparing dailies and assisting Producers to keep internal / client feedback on track.

?Coordinating incoming and outgoing materials

?Maintaining a database for tracking work progress

?Preparing meetings and taking minutes

Software requirements:

Microsoft suite, Photoshop

Knowledge of Project management software, Premiere, Maya, is a plus, but not required.
