Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
Overall
'- Overall responsibility for accounting governance via performing monthly flux analysis and quarterly balance sheet review and promote business proximity via the same time communication /quarterly review meetings with respective OCs/divisions
- Define working requirements for HoF in terms of accounting governance
- Define standard template and tools
- ICFR Support certifiers
- Provide training and consultation to HoF and ensure all new/changed accounting guidelines are implemented in the respective OC/Division timely and accurately

Process:
Implement tasks defined by CF R NEA FAC based on periodical updates on the Global Activity Split. Act as a change agent to drive operational excellence.
Audit Liaison:
'- Support HoF on local OC external audit fieldwork
- Monitor remediation status of Management Letter Comments
Financial:
Support corporate cost saving initiative, and continuously indentify areas to save costs and improve the productivity
Skills and capacities:
- Familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS
- Sufficient knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Good understanding in the end-to-end process
Education and qualification
'- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related majors
- CPA certification is preferred
