Job Purpose Summary:

  

  

• Responsible for providing technical support for FCE team in China.

  

  

Job Responsibilities:

  

Include main responsibilities, supporting task, and others that involved.

  

  

• Understand and analyse carefully customer’s technical requirement based on their process and recipes and offer standard products and solutions. Define and understand clearly the requirement and technical challenge cross it with our available products and provide solutions with the most practical approach.

• Plan, prioritizes and schedule technical support activities, work hand in hand with sales team to support the team to achieve budget by perfect technical solution.

• Develop and maintain relationship with Customer Production, R&D, QA/QC people to better support culture sales.

• To carry out small scale lab trial with miniature or bench equipment in order to provide convincing finished product demonstrations for customers.

• Cooperate with sales team to solve customer technical complain onsite.

• Help customer to optimize processing to enhance the partnership between CH and customer.

• Collaborate with other commercial organizations in CH on customer projects and opportunities.

• Assist and guide customers to duplicate successful lab trials and in enlarged on-line plant trials. Guide and assist customer to complete plant trials as required and achieve desired results.

• Communicate closely with Application & Technical support manager and expert from abroad providing professional onsite auditing.

• To arrange and provide customers documentations (product data sheets, trial results analysis, presentations on product + application introductions, promotion materials), under local language.

• Train customer staff/distributors to better understand CH products to get the full benefit of CH solution.

                      

  

Competencies:

  

• Responsible, proactive, customer oriented and good team player

• Bachelor degree with food science related major

• Very solid technical understanding on Dairy production and technical control

• Good listening and communication skills in both Chinese and English

• Willing to travel frequently

          

  

Qualification & Experience:

  At least 5 years' experience in food production, processing, QA&QC
