We are currently looking for a team player who has passion and curiosity in collecting market information and generate insights based on the information. The market intelligence senior officer reports directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience and will work closely with her and other team members to provide suggestions to many MUD and KerryOn’s activities and initiatives. You will be an important part of making KerryOn a more insights driven organization.

What You’ll Do

You will be in charge of market information collection, consolidate the information and transfer it into insights that have implication on business.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？ Take care of information collection of the market/ competitors/ customers and any uprising lifestyle trends on a regular basis

？ Consolidate the information to deck and deliver monthly market intelligence report

？ In charge of regular collection of KO internal news and initiatives, performance of events, etc and consolidate to decks for internal sharing and presentation

？ Drive insights based on the information and help team find out potential business opportunities, e.g. new trend, needs, technology, etc.

Who You’ll Work With

You will work closely with Mall Marketing, CRM, Data & BI team of KO as well as Retail management, Office departments. Also, this job requires your frequent communication with external partners, e.g. data provider, research firms, etc.

Who You Are

You will be a collaborative, curious team player and passionate in digging data. You are well organized, able to turn tons of information into user friendly insights. You have superior time-management and follow-up skills.

Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:

？ Seek opportunities for improvements through challenging assumptions, performing detailed analysis of current status and to implement new ways of working

？ Be customer oriented, understand the reasons behind customers’ behavior/ attitudes’ change and add value to business

？ Be a change agent to facilitate transformation processes

？ Develop solutions through dealing with obstacles and problems in a timely manner and work with others to generate solutions to business questions

？ Shares knowledge and expertise with others ？

？ 3-5 years of experience in market information collection, consolidation and insight generation

？ Excellent written skill, in both Chinese and English

？ Excellent PPT skill

？ Good communication skill

？ Solid skill in desk research, sensitive in searching for various information channels

？ Bachelor degree or above

？ Curious, eager to learn and have a ‘Can do’ attitude
