Objectives:

  

• This is an important Technical Marketing role. Together with NXP Supplier Development & Motor Control BD, he will be responsible for China Industrial segment, especially the Robotic/AGV/Motor Control etc. fast developing market, dedicated on NXP products. He will involve in close engagement with NXP BLs and Future internal departments. Our objective is drive the sales and engineering teams to achieve turbo-speed growth target.

  Responsibilities:

        

• Responsible for NXP China Industrial Segment POS & Demand Creation yearly target.

• Fully engagement with NXP MCU/SIP etc. BLs for supports.

• Deeply understanding on NXP MCU/SIP etc. BLs products, roadmap and strategy.

• Collaborating with Motor Control BD, lead segment drive for Industrial focus applications like Robotic/AGV/Motor Control etc.

• Demand creation drive with Future FAEs on focus accounts.

• Partner with NXP to visit focus demand creation accounts in China.

• Participate NXP BLs’ monthly project review & QBR.

• Marcom plan execution.

  Requirements:

• Marketing sense with strong communication skills.

• Insight of Industrial market and applications.

• Need 3~5 years’ experience of both technical and marketing/sales.

• Technical background with product knowledge of Embedded MCU, i.MX etc.

• Knowledge and understand on Motor Control sub-applications is a plus.

• Teamwork, dedication, self-motivated with winning attitude.

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills are critical.

• Good presentation skill.

• Fluent oral and written English.
