职位描述
Position Summary
The position is responsible for leading Sales team in the North China Region. This team is accountable for growing business by acquiring new clients.
The selected person must be able to motivate, to develop and to hold accountable a small team of sales managers. He/she needs to push the sales team to map the market for outstanding opportunities, to quickly follow up on them and finally to win new business.
He/she must also support team in overcoming internal and external roadblocks to winning new business.
He/she must have in-depth understanding of Travel Management Industry and CITSGBT products, services and Value Proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Provide day to day leadership, on-going coaching to a team of Sales Managers.
2) Ensure high commitment and aggressiveness from the team
3) Inspire the team to be disciplined and professional, setting high expectations
4) Allocate accounts, ensure portfolio and work load is distributed evenly across team members
5) Develop new acquisition channels
6) Ensure team sales activities are executed according to activity plan
7) Ensure team members are actively enlarging the pipeline (via cold calls, follow-up of marketing activities, etc.)
8) Ensure team members are managing an appropriate pipeline volume and are having enough contact points with customers
9) Provide guidance in evaluating and prioritizing leads, determining which ones are worth pursuing
10) Provide guidance and creative solutions to team to overcome internal and external roadblocks and to push sales process forward in a timely fashion
11) Ensure team pipeline information are fed timely and orderly into CITSGBT CRM system
12) Accountable to achieve ambitious team targets for accounts signup, transaction volume, trading revenues and weekly activities
13) Actively participate to client meetings supporting team in winning new business
14) Support team in identifying decision makers and tailoring communication accordingly
15) Lead & facilitate negotiations of contracts
16) Ensure that all disciplines, processes and systems are utilized fully to maximize team motivation, employee engagement and productivity including PMP and employee satisfaction survey.
17) Network with the travel related industry at public events & forums
18) Share with team a deep knowledge of corporate travel industry and of new clients’ requirements, so as to coach them into establishing themselves as trusted advisors, giving valuable insights to prospects
19) Work with Sales Director to identify gaps in current Value Proposition, re-define value proposition to clearly differentiate CITS American Express from competitors
20) Ensure the services promised to customers are within the scope of work as outlined in the Statement Of Work and Service Level Agreement
21) Believe in the value proposition and inspire the team to have confidence in the superiority of CITS GBT services and values.
22) Share sales best practices and organize customized training or sharing sessions to address shortcomings of team members
23) Supporting team in their participating to regional RFPs, facilitating communication across markets
24) Challenge team members in understanding customers’ real issues and how CITS Amex can best solve them
25) Develop team members through coaching, career management and training objectives
Skills and Competencies

4) Demonstrated ability to negotiate, ability to work with cross-functional teams and to influence both internally and externally
5) Minimum 3 years of direct corporate sales or management of multinational accounts
6) Demonstrated experience in people management / supervisor capabilities/ leadership role
7) Successful track record in liaising with a spectrum of Stakeholders including “C-levels”, CFOs, Procurement Mgrs, Internal Operations and Administration Mgr
8) Impeccable communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
9) Strong PC knowledge including related PowerPoint/Excel/Email skills
10) Strong knowledge base of China travel management companies operations and cost structures, suppliers, travel patterns, and technologies.
11) Detailed knowledge and belief in CITSGBT Value proposition
12) Must be customer-focused and able to work under pressure
