DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Provide the leadership to the Facility Management team at the client site

2 The single point of Management Control for FM at the site.

3 In consultation and collaboration with Business Delivery Manager (BDM) oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service delivery staff.

4 Ensure client satisfaction with the client Facility/Property Management team by providing a seamless interface into the client’s real estate organization.

5 Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.

6 Understand the Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with BDM and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.

7 Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets.

8 Support the Client in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project.

9 Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client.

10 Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.

11 Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.

12 Ensure compliance with DBEST minimum audit standards.

13 Share best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for DBEST

14 Special,/adhoc tasks as assigned by superior as and when required

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1 A university degree or professional qualification in engineering, real estate or facility management

2 Over 7 years practical experience in property or facility management

3 Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions

4 Strong leadership, people and communication skills

5 Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese

DBEST (Beijing) Facility Technology Management Co., Ltd is a joint venture founded by APLEONA HSG International Facility Management GmbH, Beijing International Technology Cooperation Center (BITCC) and Siemens Ltd., China. It is formally established in 2014 with a headquarters in Chaoyang District, Beijing and a branch in Yangpu District, Shanghai.
