岗位职责:

1、指导提出设计方向与设计思路，制定项目工作计划，编制设计任务书；
2、与各室内设计单位对接，把控设计方案，督导设计单位按计划按要求完成方案及施工图的设计工作，并进行审核；
3、组织完成设计方案、图纸的评审、会审工作；
4、深入施工现场检查，组织处理施工中有关室内设计方面的问题，技术指导组织办理相关的设计变更；
5、配合营销、前期、成本与工程各部门工作，负责室内设计方面的协调沟通、招投标等工作；
6、负责室内设计中应用新技术、新材料、新工艺、新标准、新规范的实施；
7、负责参与编写乐成集团产品建筑专业的设计标准化、执行规范及标准模板图纸。

任职资格:

1、室内设计管理、工程管理等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、七年以上相关岗位工作经验，两年以上中大型规模精装设计院工作经验，四年以上大中型地产公司室内设计管理经验，独立负责过两个以上完整项目；有豪宅、酒店、高级办公、才能等多业态设计及经验优先；
3、具有较好的审美水准、具体优秀的设计品鉴能力；
4、具体现场管理经验，熟悉室内设计及相关领域的规范标准、政策要求；
5、富有开拓精神、创新能力强，学习能力强；
6、敬业、肯钻研，能承受较大压力
