6. 财务审核Finance verification
7. 凭证存档Documentation filing

Vendor payments

FCY payments:

I.Check the inovice title and amount to comply with EB instruction provided by Asia treasury team

II.Fill in AFFT (Application form for fund transfer)

III.Any service payment over CNY 50K, need request tax team to provide Tax payment certificate

IV.Any trade payment over CNY 100K, need request Logistic team to provide CDF list and then e-mail to bank

V.All the above supporting documents need affix company seal before delivering to bank

VI.If any refund requirements, need provide the documents above again and contact with bank for the refund transactions

CNY payments:

I.any payment over CNY 50K to individual except for payroll, need provide exlanation letter

II. Affix company seal before sending to bank

InterCo payment

FCY payments:

I.Check the inovice title and amount to comply with EB instruction provided by Asia treasury team

II.Fill in AFFT (Application form for fund transfer)

III.Any service payment over CNY 50K, need request tax team to provide Tax payment certificate

IV.Any trade payment over CNY 100K, need request Logistic team to provide CDF list and then e-mail to bank

V.All the above supporting documents need affix company seal before delivering to bank

VI.If any refund requirements, need provide the documents above again and contact with bank for the refund transactions

InterCo collection

I.Check the inovice title and amount to comply with EB instruction provided by Asia treasury team

II.All the above supporting documents need affix company seal before delivering to bank

III.Report BOP online into SAFE online system

IV.Save each BOP report for tax refund

V.Summarize incoming cash in Excel

VI.If any refund requirements, need provide the documents above again and contact with bank for the refund transactions

Bank balance reconciliation

I.Perform the online bank balance reconciliation for BOC accounts

II.Assist Asia treasury team to reconcile for CITI/JPM accounts

Corp card administration

card application:/ termination/Credit limit increase/Card repayment:/Statement for month-end accrual

Qualification:

1. Good understanding of business model.

2. Meet the target (timely and accurately reporting).

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

4. Detail oriented.

5. Analytical skills.

6. Negotiation & Strong communication and inter-personal skills, be able to work across departments.

7. Understands the story behind the numbers.

8. Experience with Oracle is a must.

9. Fluent in English, both in writing and speech.

10. Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure.

11. Ability to overcome internal and external resistance.

12. Honestly, integrity, precise.

13. Confidentiality.
