职责描述：
? Lead cross-functional teams to implement Strategic Initiatives projects on a variety of topics, such as portfolio selection and optimization, commercialization model innovation, organizational capability building, regulatory strategy execution and manufacturing strategy execution
? Work closely with Strategic Initiatives team members (Strategy, Portfolio, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, TechOps, QA, Commercial, HR, Finance, etc) to drive project execution, facilitate cross-functional problem solving, and escalate issues and propose action plan when necessary
-Define PMO metrics and framework; develop template, tools and report for project planning, tracking and reporting. Continuously optimize PMO procedures for robust and efficient project management
-Regularly monitor project progress to make sure on-time achievement of milestones/ KPI and report the by workstream performance to global/regional/local management team. Generate reports to senior management team on timely basis
-Track budget in collaboration with Local Project Managers (LPM) & BPA
-Secure visibility of project progress/risks across the working teams; Organize overall and work-stream level cross-functional team meetings; Facilitate cross-functional problem solving and agree on solutions and contingency plan. Make records of the agreement/ issues/ next steps proposed
-Accelerate problem solving through proper escalation; Escalate issues through proper line when necessary

任职要求：
? Education
-University degree, preferably in scientific subjects (medicine, pharmacology, biology, etc.)
-Advanced degree (PhD, Master’s, MBA) 
? Languages
-Excellent oral and written English
? Experience
-5+ years of experience in Project Management Role in a MNC Pharma company 
-Is used to collaborate with many different functions, Strategy, Portfolio, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, TechOps, QA, Commercial, HR, Finance, etc departments
-Optimistic and easy going
