Areas / Scope of Responsibility (岗位职责):

• Provide Assistance to China President and top management team;
• Process confidential info discreetly;
• Maintain an up to date schedule for the managers;
• Arrange meetings, make agendas, and take meeting minutes as required;
• Translate as required;
• Accurate, timely and proactive management of hotel & flights bookings and ensure non essential meetings / correspondences are filtered appropriately;
• Draft correspondence on behalf of the Managers;
• Ensures all external and internal communication is aligned with the Managers preferred style and direction;
• Work with related department managers to review and align communications;
• Ensure budget is tracked and monitored to ensure each event comes in within budget;
• Organize visas for all visitors and assist in their travel arrangement and follow up;
• Other work assigned by the managers.

Requirements (任职资格要求):

• Major in English, Bachelor’s Degree or Above
• Minimum of 5 years previous experience working as a PA or EA at a senior level in a multi-national company
• English – Excellent both in writing and speaking, TEM 8 certificate is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Advanced Presentation skills ( MS PowerPoint)
• Certain degree of accounting knowledge will be a plus
• Familiar with Administration Management, Good Organizational and Time management skills
