Key responsibilities:

1. Perform molecular biology related tasks including PCR amplification, restriction cloning, site mutagenesis, DNA preparation, sequence analysis, etc.

2. Support antibody engineering projects including antibody humanization, affinity maturation, antibody conversion, bispecific antibody design, etc.

3. Support antibody expression, purification and subsequent characterization.

4. Support screening assays for lead antibody selection.

5. Analyze, summarize, compile data and present internally.

6. Keeps appropriate experimental records and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology or a related field.

2. Strong skills in Molecular biology is a must.

3. Hands-on experience in antibody engineering is highly desirable.

4. Experience with antibody discovery technologies is a plus.

5. Collaborative and proactive attitude with multi-task ability.

6. Proven ability to work independently, troubleshoot, interpret and report data.

7. Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
