Job Description / 工作描述:

1. Responsible for quotation of new RFQ

负责新产品的报价工作；

2. Provide support to sales regards to technique related questions feedback from customer during RFQ and quotation stage

协助销售解答客户在询盘报价过程当中提出的问题

3. Organize the training course regards to the knowledge of technique to Sales Team, including

不定期对销售展开技术相关知识方面的培训

4. Transfer customers’ drawing (3D file & CAD drawing) to internal drawing for cost analyze and production purpose.

将客户图纸（三维图&平面图）转化为内部图纸用于成本分析核算以及生产

5. Assist sales during factory visiting tour, provide necessary technique support during this period.

陪同销售到工厂出差，并在与客户谈判时给销售提供必要的技术支持

6. Responsible for the development, management, follow up of new project. Including but not limited, select suitable supplier, make the project feasibility report, assist supplier to design the most cost-effective production process.

负责新项目的开发、管理、跟踪。包括但不限于，为项目选择适合的供应商，制作项目可行性报告，协助供应商设计最优化的生产工艺。

7. Provide professional technical support for other departments of the company

为公司的其他部门提供专业的技术支持

8. Assist superior on other affairs.;

完成上级交代的其他相关任务

9. Other temporary work.

Skills needed / 职位要求:

1. Fluent in English (especially written);

英语流利（特别是书写）；

2. Minimum 2 years approved experience in engineering parts technique engineer position. Experience in automotive parts industry will be a plus

至少2年可被证实的技术工程师经验；如有汽车零部件行业经验更佳；

3. Good understanding on manufacturing process, such as casting process, forging process and machining process

对加工制造工艺有一定了解，如铸造、锻造、机加工等生产工艺。

4. Have a certain understanding on TS16949/IATF16949 quality management system.

对TS16949/IATF16949质量管理体系有一定了解

5. Good command of MS office, include word, excel, outlook, power point, etc.;

良好的MS office技能,如word, excel, outlook, power point等;

6. Good command of Auto CAD, Solid Works, Pro/Engineer;

熟练使用Auto CAD, Solid Works, Pro/Engineer

7. Details minded with good sense of customer services;

细心，有良好的客户服务意识；

8. Will learn and improve personal abilities, good team player;

善于学习和自我提高, 富有团队协作精神;

9. Openness, aggressive, could able to work under big pressure;

性格开朗，积极进取，能在压力状态下很好地工作;

10. Ok for travel, around 1 time every 2 months depending on business need.

能够出差，频率大概2个月一次左右出差，取决于业务需要;
