Job Title: Legal Counsel 法律顾问

Job Description:

1. Draft and review contracts and other legal documents with strong commercial sense; (mainly focus on (1) asset management including leasing, property management, market promotion, etc.; and (2) real estate development and construction.)

2. Provide legal advice and opinion on legal matters to minimize exposure to liabilities and disputes;

3. Participate in negotiations with tenants, agents and contractors, etc.;

4. Conduct legal research and translation when necessary;

5. Maintain legal team databases and filing systems;

6. Coordinate with local legal teams from different project companies and external lawyers;

7. Perform other related duties as assigned by Senior Legal Counsel.

Qualification:

1. LL.B. degree from a top-ranked law school, and LL.M. degree is preferred;

2. 2+ years’ work experience in real estate industry;

3. Passed National Judicial Examination, and PRC Bar is preferred;

4. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks;

5. Detailed, organized, logical thinking, process driven, results and solution oriented;

6. Strong communication skills and fluent in both English and Chinese;

7. Good team player.
