1. Dealing with SOE customers on the phone, having mail correspondence, etc.

与SOE的客户进行电话沟通、邮件往来等

2. Communication with logistics and production in order to have accurate sales figures

3. Collect all department orders and to put it into the ERP system in time.

收集所有的部门订单并及时输入ERP系统中

4. Support the offer process and issue them for defined customers.

5. Dealing with customer claims internally and externally.

处理客户内外部索赔

6. Responsible to file important customer documents (DCC, own computer, server, etc.)

7. Take charge of regular reports and plans (e.g. weekly payment report, HKG-Forecast)

8. In case od absence of sales management, help to handle the daily business..

In 1996 Hella founded its first two Joint Ventures in China , in Changchun and Shanghai , to further develop the business in the Chinese market and show Hella's unwavering commitment to China . 2005-2006: 重组海拉在中国的业务 : 长春海拉和上海海拉电子实现独资；合并长春海拉和长春灯具研发中心；合并海拉电子和电子研发中心
