职位描述
分析项目运营信息，为城市提供运营指导，打造标杆案例，撰写食堂运营手册，跟进业务重要内容的进展情况，提供必要的运营支持
1.熟悉了解互联网及餐饮行业特性，为产品制定运营策略并实施；通过数据分析观察各方数据情况，调整运营节奏，为业务目标负责。
2. 根据客户反馈和数据表现，结合行业特点、业务方向等，推动产品的优化方案。
3.通过跨部门合作，协同产品、策略和风控等多个团队，共同推动各项目落地和持续经营。
岗位要求：
1、五年以上互联网或餐饮运营经验，有较强的管理能力，对运营有自己的思考和规划；
2、 对互联网+、餐饮、快消品、团餐等有极大的兴趣，对商业模式有自己独到的观点，对品牌方和消费者有较强的认知和判断；3、有很强的商业逻辑及商业敏感性，对业务数据能全盘的深入思考能力，并善于从数据中寻找商业机会；
4、愿意接受挑战，敢于创新，有较强的协同沟通能力，同时具备较强的执行力，以结果为导向。
