职位描述
Are you interested in taking lead in team assignments? And:
1. Supervise a team of accountants;
2. Review accounts & financial statements prepared under PRC GAAP;
3. Review tax returns;
4. Identify tax, administrative or internal control risks & report them.

You need:
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or business related major;
2. 3 years + working experience in accounting;
3. Have the ability to communicate in English;
4. Strong sense of initiative and responsibility, and an ability to work within a team;
5. Socially confident with good diplomacy and organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accounting reports for use by client’s management;
2. Prepare financial statements for statutory purposes;
3. Ensure that the accounting services provided by your team are completed on time whilst maintaining a high standard of quality;
4. Develop strong client relationships;
5. Motivate, develop and train the accountants within your team;
6. Assist the Assistant Manager to:
1) Prepare proposals to prospective clients;
2) Improve the quality control and internal processes of the Accounting Department;
7. You may be required to undertake the role of Client’s Financial Controller, providing their Board of Directors with relevant analysis, value-added and business-oriented comment on their financial results;
8. You will also have the opportunity to perform one-off assignments such as establishing accounting process, control procedures or supporting business advisory projects.

1. 财务,会计,或商科相关专业本科及以上学历;
2. 至少三年会计领域工作经验;

工作职责:
1. 为客户管理层准备财务报告;
2.准备法定财务报表;
3. 确保团队能够按时并高质量地交付工作成果;
4. 维护并发展良好的客户关系;
5. 激励,培养及培训团队成员;
6.协助助理经理:
1) 为潜在客户准备提案;
2) 改进财务部门的质量控制及内控;
7. 担任客户财务总监的角色,为董事会提供相关分析,提出为企业增值,以业务为 出发点的财务意见;
8. 建立会计及内控程序,为业务咨询项目提供支持。
