Position:
Commercial and Business Development Manager
Mining, Chemistry & Enrichment Sales (MCES) China
Position Mission:
He/she manages customer relations, identifies commercial opportunities and markets the products and services of Mining, Chemistry and Enrichment (MCE) Business Unit in China in consistency with MCES, Business Units (BUs) commercial and business development strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participates to the definition of BUs commercial strategies and business objectives
2. Develops and maintains individual commercial strategies for our Chinese customers
3. Explore and assesses business opportunities and prepares related commercial and communication action plans consistent with BUs business strategies
4. Contributes to the identification, definition and implementation of new business models in the relevant areas; promotes MCE offers and innovative business solutions in the market
5. Prepares overall proposal terms and conditions and recommends pricing and other commercial terms
6. Leads and/or actively supports commercial and business development negotiations with our Chinese customers/partners as required
7. Builds up extensive and sustainable network with our Chinese stakeholders
8. Collects market intelligence and analysis influences to support our business activities

-Mining, Chemistry & Enrichment BUs and related Business Affiliates
-MCE Asia Team based in Beijing
-Orano Asia teams
External
-Orano China Customers
-Other stakeholders (authorities, competitors and suppliers etc.)
Role Requirements:
Behavioral Competencies required

-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and oral

-Understand finance basics

-Good communication, Critical thinking and analytical skills.
Education required:
- Graduate of overseas or local famous University with Business or Engineering related Bachelor degree
- MBA is a plus
- Bachelor or above, with technical and business background, or at least business background with professional experience in technical products or solutions’ sales activities.
Experience required:
-6-8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in energy industry
-Sound experience in sales and contract negotiation
-Comprehensive knowledge in energy industry
-Experience in B to B in a multinational company is a plus.
Qualifications required:
- IT: Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin mandatory
Other requirements:
Business trips: Frequent travels domestically and internationally
