Responsibilities

Implementation Services:

• Involvement in all functional aspects of implementation and/or upgrade projects around R&C’s software packages.
• Assist in implementation, customization and integration of R&C’s financial software products as part of professional services projects.
• Design and development support for extensions and customizations of R&C’s solutions.

Support Services:

• Provide support in functional (business) related matters to clients as well as SunGard colleagues, via telephone, email, or in person as required.
• Contribute to the maintenance of internal support and/or pre-sales environments.
• Play liaison role between client project team/users and SunGard internal teams (i.e. product development).Implement and test early versions of new releases developed by CM under guidance of the Services Director in China.

Pre-Sales Services:

• Test/maintain demonstration environments.
• Assist in responding to RFIs/RFPs Participate in meetings with prospects
