As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Power Grid (PG) Division and Grid Integration Business Units (BU) based in Beijing. ABB is World’s No.1 in Power Products Business and the product manufactured becomes the key components to transmit and distribute electricity. The division incorporates ABB’s manufacturing network for Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Cables and associated equipment. It also offers all the services needed to ensure products’ performance and extend their lifespan.

Your Tasks as a Project Manager will include the following:

？ Follow ABB project management process to control the cost and cash flow on budget and on time delivery.
？ Manage the project risk and opportunities in project execution.
？ Meet contractual delivery time and key milestone, get PAC on time.
？ Monitor project quality issues, deviation database and take relevant action.
？ Make project resource plan and discuss with various function managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resource for project execution.
？ Motivate the project team members to ensure project success.
？ Supplier selection and negotiation together with SCM team.
？ Manage customer expectation and satisfaction.
？ Ensure project documentation system function well.

？ Be proactive, optimistic on project execution.
？ Team building and motivation skills.
？ Be enthusiastic and interested in Project management.
？ Good communication and negotiation skills.
？ Good relationship with customers.
？ Good English skill – spoken and written.
？ Experience in substation/marine business is a plus.
