岗位职责
分析酒店整体的和各部门的培训需求,针对需求制定策略,开展培训业务。Analyze training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs, conduct Training Business Plan.
? 使自己了解洲际酒店集团人力资源和培训的规范,必要之处进行本地化处理。Familiarize yourself with the IHG HR and Training Standards, localizing where necessary .
? 确保在以下方面有效的执行培训计划:Ensure effective training programs are in place for the following:
1. 新员工入职 New Employee Orientation
2. 培训培训师 Train the Trainer
3. 宾客服务培训 Customer Service Training
4. 技术性职位的专门培训Technical job specific training
5. 监督管理技能培训 Supervisory Skills Training
6. 管理层发展 Management Development
7. 消防和生命安全培训 Fire, Life and Safety Training
8. 销售技巧 Selling Skills
9. 员工再培训 Employee retraining
监督每个部门培训业务计划的进展,确保实现培训目标。Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department tot ensure that the training objectives are being achieved.
? 保存酒店全部的培训记录。Maintains all hotel training records .
? 建立员工培训档案来协助培训计划的完成以及员工的个人发展。Establish a training file to assist the training programs ` implement and for staff personal development.
? 与部门领导一起设计、制定和执行能夠符合具体的部门要求的培训计划,确保培训课程方案的制定,以及培训的有效性。Design, produce and implement training programs which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective.
? 参加部门的培训课程,评估其表现。Attend departmental training session and critique performance .
? 利用洲际酒店集团的基本测量标准监测培训计划的成果,并进行相应的修改。Use IHG benchmarks to monitor success of training programs and amend your efforts accordingly.
? 协助部门培训师准备和进行部门培训并进行评估。Assist Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly.
? 制定和监督为以下人员提供的培训项目:Prepare and monitor training programs for:
1. 管理培训生 Management Trainees
2. 实习生 Work Experience
3. 酒店学校实习生等 Hotel School Trainees, etc.
? 与能够协助提供高级或专业培训的专业人士取得联系。Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programs for advanced or specialist training.
? 确保部门领导遵守自己的职责为员工提供有关部门规范程序的培训。Ensure that Department Heads abide by their responsibilities of employee training against departmental SOPs.
? 为上级经理和总经理编制以下月度培训报告:Produce monthly training reports for your Manager and the General Manager including:
1. 完成的内部培训项目:Internal Training Programs conducted:
2. 完成的外部培训项目:External Training Programs conducted:
? 与洲际酒店集团的培训经理们保持联系,交流经验,交换资源。Liaise with other IHG Training Managers to share experiences and resources.
? 同从事旅游服务和培训课程的教育机构保持联系。Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses.
? 更新培训资源和资料供应商的信息和记录。Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials.
? 为行政管理层和部门领导提供所有内部培训计划的介绍。Delivers briefings of all internal programs to executive management and department heads.
任职资格
具有人力资源本科或同等学历,拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。 可能要求具有公司的培训证书。精通微软办公软件,具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力,良好的英文及写作技能。Bachelor`s degree or Diploma in Human Resources. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Corporate certification in training programs may be required such as IHG training certification . Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. Good writing skills.
