职位描述

Key Objectives:
Control the sales allowances and bonus in BMW China:
Be a Finance business partner to Sales Operations to plan, define, and implement the best possible sales support programs for BMW China under consideration of the current and planned sales situation:
- Ensure a realistic planning and forecasting of Cost of Retail.
- Evaluate and decide on programs from a financial point of view, including working process, program policy , tax issues, program budget and forecast.
- Safeguard correct and complete monthly accounting provision and related account analysis.
- Report the sales allowances and Cost of Retail for the areas of responsibility to management and initiate actions when needed.
- Initiate and execute correct bonus and program payments to dealers. Communication with business units.
- Maintain and improve the systems for these controlling functions.
- Support external and internal audits on Cost of Retail.
- Support the company's cashflow forecast with a cashflow forecast for sales allowances and boni.

Major Responsibilities:
1.1 Initiate and prepare monthly & yearly SA accounting provision
-Prepare SA provision report by sales program based on model codes and volumes according to the approved SA provision principle;
- monthly complete the assessment of the Sales Allowances & bonus provision for period-end provision;
- Input and update cross year SA provision report (by sales program, by model, by year) regularly and other SA reports including Sales reports
-Support information for monthly management report and other management reports
1.2 Perform self-consistent analysis & control of the SA (budget/forecast) calculation and payments of SA programs
- Analyze and control closed sales support calculations by program, by dealer, by VIN to support the payments of sales support and bonus to dealers on time;
- Control, review and sign SA payment requests by program by dealer of sales support and bonus on-line and off-line programs;
- Self-dependent settling of possible problems with regard to the dealer claims, amounts etc.;
- Support timely SA payments for the next steps in both Sales side and accounting processes.
- Input, maintain and update Sales Payment Master table by dealer by program regularly
1.3 Analyze & control policy & budget of SA programs
- Control yearly bonus policy and every support program's policy / VKH applications; - Perform self-consistent analysis, review and approve sales support programs by providing professional judgment and evaluation of programs on budget, tax issues, potential risks, effective prior to CSC decision;
- verify results of SA programs.
1.4 Execute SA management reports, reports for audits (external and internal) to ensure balance sheet & income statement match,
- Analyze relevant G/L accounts to ensure accurate booking for SA provision and utilization;
- Analyze balance sheet & income statement effective accounts; settle any problems in time;
- Support monthly management reports and other required reports;
- Provide information, documents, and reports for audits and ensure a fair auditing result;
- Preparation and consolidation of required documents for current year and past year outstanding programs to external auditors during interim and final year auditing;
- Provide provision movement;
- Analyse program cost and provision movement report to external auditors;
- Discuss and analyse potential provision releases and concerns with auditor and report to line manager before final meeting with management;
- Initiate improvements based on auditing advice.
1.5 SA system maintenance and enhancement
- Initiate improvements to the related systems landscape;
- Improve, develop and implement helpful tools at PC level;
- Support the development and implementation of improvements to our Finance tools with input from business point of view and support as a key user for design, change requests, testing. Align with partners where required. Assist and coordinate with IT and BU for system implementation in the controlling part.
1.6 SA Cashflow forecast and coordinate with treasury
- Monthly and yearly cashflow forecast coordinate for sales support and boni to treasury.
- Discuss with treasury to define the methodology of cash flow forecast and monitor the status of actual and potential SA cash out.

Education / Degree:
University education: bachelor or master degree in accounting or finance; CPA is preferred.

Knowledge / Skills / Competences:
Familiar with controlling and enterprise accounting system, accounting standard PRC (IFRS/IAS) for enterprises and relevant policies and regulations on finance and tax
Distinct analytical cognitive abilities, numerical comprehension and holistic business thinking
SAP experience will be preferred
Computer literate especially with a very good command of MS Excel. Power Point skills would be beneficial as well.
Fluent in Mandarin and English both in written and oral
Good communication skills
Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work as a multi-tasker.

Experience:
Relevant financial/accounting experience (working experience in a financial accounting or auditing firm or in a multinational corporation (particularly an automotive trading company) is preferred.
