Beijing Kikoriki Animation Company is part of the International Riki Group, the leading Russian media and animation company, and producer of the Kaixinqiu animation series. Beijing Kikoriki produces locally in Beijing and is also actively developing online games, holds events, and publishes books and educational tools. Due to its expansion and rapid business growth, the Company is looking for a Senior Accountant to be based in Beijing.

Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the position holder will lead a small team of accountants and will be accountable for all finance and accounting matters in Greater China. Key responsibilities will include:
(1) overall accountability in financial management, statutory accounting & reporting;
(2) ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations and standards, lead and manage all financial audits, tax, VAT and compliance filings, pro-actively seeking tax optimization opportunities;
(3) Oversee the administration of treasury and bank payments, including maintaining liaison with banks;
(4) Provide strong leadership on cash flow analysis / management and asset management;
(5) Working with the CFO to develop the Group's accountancy systems and procedures;
(6) Working with the CFO building a team of solid finance professionals.

Desired Skills & Experience
The Successful Applicant
? Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience gained from multinational companies and big 4 audit firms ;
? Extensive exposure in mainland China and familiar with PRC rules and regulations ;
? Bachelor degree in accounting or financial management ;
? Strong accounting technical background with a Professional Accounting Qualification (CICPA, HKICPA, or equivalent qualification);
? Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
? Background in FMCG and or Licensing preferred;
? Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel and accountancy packages;
? Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills -Independent, proactive with strong presentation and interpersonal skills;
? Ability to lead, solve problems and communicate at all levels;
? A candidate with unquestionable integrity.
