Beijing Kikoriki Animation Company is part of the International Riki Group, the leading Russian media and animation company, producer of the Kaixinqiu animation series. Beijing Kikoriki produces locally in Beijing and is also actively developing online games, holds events, and publishes books and educational tools. Due to its expansion and rapid business growth, the Company is looking for a Junior Accountant to be based in Beijing.

Job Description
The junior accountant mainly supports the finance department with booking and taxation related matters. He/she also supports the team to perform accounting and finance analyses on a monthly basis. Key responsibilities will include:
(1) Reviews, reconciles and posts monthly accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset journals into the general ledger.
(2) Monthly, reviews, reconciles posts, recurring, and adjustment journal entries to the general ledger.
(3) Manage intercompany cross charges and transfer pricing.
(4) Support data entry and migration to a new ERP system.
(5) Manage fixed assets accounting and lease accounting.
(6) Assist with annual external audit. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual audit
(7) Assist with completion of the quarterly and annual regulatory filings; preparation of assigned statutory statement schedules.
(8) Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.
(9) Contribute to department and organization projects as assigned
(10) Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience

The Successful Applicant
? From 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience gained from multinational companies or big 4 audit firms ;
? Extensive exposure in mainland China and familiar with PRC rules and regulations ;
? Bachelor degree in accounting or financial management ;
? Good accounting technical background;
? Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
? Background in FMCG and or Licensing preferred;
? Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel and accountancy packages; knowledge of the software QuickBooks (by Intuit) as a distinctive advantage, even if not strictly required.
? Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills -Independent, proactive with strong presentation and interpersonal skills;
? A candidate with unquestionable integrity.
